The rower arrived nearly within the advised window and with delivery exactly as communicated. Communication with the sales team were answered promptly and helpfully. The only sting in the tail was a sizeable drop in price a week later.

The JTX Sprint 7 - excellent machine and definately worth the money. Customer Service great and kept me informed all the way through the process.

JTX Strider X7 received this mid July 2020, it has already developed 3 cracks on the tube the footplate sits on. I've called customer service and been told to send an email. Now received an automated response saying I need to wait due to volume of calls. Not impressed with the quality for £400.

Almost £1700 taken for a JTD Sprint 9 in mid January for the delivery date to be pushed back on 3 separate occasions. Had I known this was likely I would have gone elsewhere.Like other reviews here - why can nobody at Jtx give a straight answer of when it will actually be delivered? I just get generic excuses like ‘CoVID’ and ‘Brexit’ but every company is in the same position and are delivering on orders.Emails say keep checking - pretty poor that the emphasis is all on the customer to find out if orders are delayed (again). The latest delivery window is mid-April and will be requesting a refund if the stock is not delivered/dispatched in this window.

Taking way too long to receive an item I pre-ordered 3 months ago. Bought another treadmill elsewhere that is due in 5 days. Refund requested.

First of all this review was very close to being a 5 star one, the only downfall was lack of communication about delivery dates being pushed back 3/4 times for a pre-order. One email doesn’t feel sufficient enough for what turns into weeks of delays due to various reasons. However, once the rowing machine arrived and was delivered all has been well. The quality of the product is high, the delivery company used were great.

Exactly as ordered would use this company again in the future. High customer service and delivered on time.

I would recommend JTX Fitness - from initial ordering right through to delivery of item communication from them has been excellent. I knew from the onset that I would have to wait for the item - I ordered in November and was told delivery would be end of January. It arrived end of January - I had a choice of delivery dates. The lubricating oil for the treadmill did not turn up with the treadmill, but a quick email to customer services soon resolved this - the oil got sent out immediately. One thing I forgot to put at the beginning - I had a long conversation with JTX because I really did not know which treadmill to order - they took their time to ask questions and then recommended the one I ordered. Been using it now for a few weeks - treadmill spot on for our requirements! Thank you to all at JTX but especially Marc

I recently ordered a JTX rowing machine Ignite Air rowing machine to help with training for a round Scottish island trip this summer. The machine arrived and one of the supports was slightly bent. The company could not have been more helpful. The parts are slow to obtain during lockdown so they quickly sent me a replacement from their showroom machine. Really superb and helpful customer service. The machine is incredible. Very well made and professional level training.
